Description:Central Life Sciences, formerly Wellmark International, a successful manufacturer of animal health and insect control products, has an excellent opportunity available in the Consumer and Professional Support Department for a Consumer and Professional Support Specialist II position at their Schaumburg, IL Corporate office.Consumer and Professional Support Specialist II Responsibilities include promoting consumer satisfaction and retention through customer call handling, complaint resolution, trend tracking, database management and call center quality control. You will collect, analyze and report data for regulatory compliance, investigate and help resolve reimbursement claims, track expenses and reimbursement payments and participate in call center training, monitoring and evaluation. Requirements include a credentialed veterinary technician or Bachelor?s degree in animal sciences and excellent communication and organizational skills. You must be computer literate with database management experience and the ability to collect, analyze and report data. At least one year of experience in Customer Service or Consumer Relations with animal health experience desirable. Occasional travel to train employees is also required.
