Veterinary Rehabilitation Assistant

Pawsitive Steps Rehabilitation & Sports Medicine is exclusively dedicated to providing veterinary physical medicine services, rehabilitation therapy, sports medicine and pain management for small animal patients. Our growing veterinary practice is seeking a full time veterinary rehabilitation assistant with prior veterinary experience.

The veterinary rehabilitation assistant is responsible for providing support to the rehabilitation team by performing the following:

Patient Restraint

Assisting with LVTs established treatment plans

Performing specific treatments after training, such as cold laser therapy, assisting patients in the underwater treadmill and monitoring of patients

Keeping up on facility maintenance (laundry, cleaning, etc)

Providing support to client service staff (answering phones, paperwork, etc)

Miscellaneous Duties (participate in PR events, other)
